Vinification: The grapes from the vineyard located in the historic area of Cannubi was harvested by hand. After destemming, they ferment in stainless steel tanks with daily pumping over and light punching down. The total duration of fermentation and maceration is about 40 days. Once malolactic fermentation is completed in stainless steel tanks, the wine is transferred to French oak barrels, where it completes its maturation for 24 months. Bottling is done without filtration, and the bottles rest in the cellar for 12 months before being released for sale.

Color: Ruby red with orange highlights.

Aroma: Intense with hints of rose, red fruits, and spices.

Taste: Delicate with soft yet persistent tannins.
